Thousands of years has passed since Princess Twilight ruled Equestria, and a new age of royalty have taken over. Ponies and other creatures have better relations than ever and all the kingdoms have a good bond. One princess wishes to explore outside the castle walls and live life as a normal pony. After many nights her dreams finally give her what she wants.

Three changelings found the portal to the human world, and they went through. After going through the portal they find out that they can transform into other ponies but only small parts of them at a time. The three don't know how to get back and have to pose as students. They don't know how much time they have left but every minute is important, and with school life getting in their way the trio has to decide what their future holds.
