In other news, I found a video of my convocation speech. The principal said she didn't want to offend anyone with the song so we had to PC the lyrics. She's the nice PC principal and not the one who will beat you to death for not checking your privilege.

Due to my strong personal beliefs and aversion to politics I wish to stress that this in no way is intended to endorse one political party or another.

Senator John McCain (R-AZ) has been diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive and almost always terminal form of brain cancer. Please keep the McCain family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this very difficult struggle.

If the character you're cosplaying has had an eye cut out, should you add blood and/or a scar?

The speech went swimmingly, and when I reached the Spanish part of my speech, the entire crowd busted out laughing. I guess it was the way I presented it.

The main people of Elements of Harmony have the audacity to say that people who are already dealing with other things and can't go to a practice this week are not showing enough dedication to the group. I'm finding out if I have potentially fatal issues with my reproductive system. Finding out if I have cancer or HIV/AIDS is more important than a fucking concert in front of a bunch of old farts. If that's not "being dedicated" than call me Benedict Arnold.
