What have I been doing since I'm not writing much? Well...
Yesterday I had to come up with a side-dish for roast lamb. For sixty people. A vegetable would have been nice but all I had on hand was a box of juice oranges, ugly and mottled. And lots of cinnamon, some sugar, and some butter.
