Yeah, I know it's not Cathy Wesluck, but he's a grown dragon now so his voice would have changed. And no, I don't know what they'll do with the character. It may not meet your expectations. It may not meet mine.
But none of that matters as much as the fact that they chose to bring him back. That in itself is an act of beauty.
Poor Spike, though: he saw his friends die, or disappear: he saw Harmony and Friendship fail. How did that affect him? He couldn't help but have been traumatized.
