I've been extremely if pleasantly surprised with how well received A Rare Source of Irritation has been so far given its absurd premise...

So I've decided to press my luck and thus just submitted it to Equestria Daily.

I'm fairly certain it will be my first rejection letter, but...

He who dares, wins, right?

I've noticed a gap in the group coverage and I'm thinking off trying my hand at fixing that.

There are a decent number of alicorn, transformation, and even a couple of cyborg ponies groups...

But there doesn't seem to be a single group for stories with the theme of or characters actively striving for such a transformation.

That, and I seem to have passed into the fourth digit of story-views when I wasn't looking.

Not bad for roughly half a year. Still, I notice my two stories are near tied in number of views despite their much different lengths and story types... Don't get me wrong, I'm quite pleased with both my runty little children, but I can't help but wonder why one of them seem to be pulling ahead and by so far.

Is the site so starved for Sci-Fi? Did it just resonate with many?
