A series of brutal murders began with ties to an unnatural being able to kill with startling ease. Ponies have gotten glempses of them, different monsters. Eris comes up with a plan, ask something with in-depth knowledge of the creatures, a human.
Oh that god it’s still alive! Been far to long man and great work here with the development so far and I can’t wait to see what comes next. The suspense is killing me! Also if any spinoffs come in the future I hope you will mention them.
I do so hope this will continue on for a good story. I always love the story of "Not the best choice but what you got" kind of story. Anyway will be waiting for the next chapter of how it will go down with the fighting will go. Especially how the "Pony's" will react to the lock down. :)
Edit: I forgot to actually respond on what you have said about this. Well, better late than never.
You telling me. How can Monster Hunters be "monsters" themselves by bravely killing the real evil monsters, and save innocent people!? Unless they are secretly werewolves or vampires literally? But then again, if they are? They still do hunt their evil counterparts?
And as for him constantly whining "I want to die, I am expendable, I am worthless" over, and OVER, and OVER, and OVER!!!!!!
Is not only f*** up, but uncanny as well. He is supposed to be ten years old, but is acting like this!? And in the prologue, he seems to have a regular life in his room and as a Monster Hunter fan, as much as I know off?
Personally, I actually like edgy characters. But, even I have standards and limits. And seeing him constantly wanting to kill himself and be forgotten is seriously depressing to like this.
I mean, are we missing something? Does he have terrible parents, a bad childhood, or was he bullied so badly? Because, I DIDN'T see the signs in the prologue? Do you see anything?

Definitely, I'm trying to set up a world here where people can make stories off of this. I just hope I do everything right.

Lol such an edgelord.
That makes no sense. They’re not becoming monsters. See, this sort of thing is what reveals he’s an angsty silly edgelord.
It’s an entertaining story but his edgelord wannabe angsty silliness takes away from it.
Imagine the pony guildies being like “we’re monsters”. Any human would laugh at them and say they’re not monsters, they’re professionals. And weirdos.
