ponies, like most animals, have feet. Those feet may be called hooves... but they're still technically feet. Just like a lion's paws are feet, and a bird's talons are feet.

idk i just don't think about writing 'hoof' sometimes since before I ever wrote for MLP I did stuff with humans/humanoids so saying 'feet' is a hard habit to break. Same reason I'll also write 'hair' instead of 'mane.' Muscle memory :')
