Neighsay's Wrath against Celestia

Neighsay was sentenced to eight months in jail. Celestia gave him a warning before he was taken away.

"IF YOU BREAK OUT AND ATTEMPT THIS ACT AGAIN, YOU WILL BE SCHEDULED COUNSELING WITH A PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST!!", she screamed.

Neighsay was put in prison clothes, and led to his cell. For added safety, his horn was shackled to keep him from using his magic. This was the second most secure wing of the jail. He planned, every minute, how he was going to try again at his attack on Twilight's school. The guards did not know what he was doing, except that he was drawing on the walls in his cell. His injuries from the whip were partially healed, but they were still sore. He fought through regretting what he had done, and chose to test Celestia.
