An interesting turn of events; Caltrop's letter makes me wonder what he thinks of his relationship with PC truly is like? Is he using her in some way similar to how she was originally using him?
I guess, I'll have to wait and see. Hope to read more soon!

Thanks for reading!
But yes, Caltrop's letter does start to bring up some questions doesn't it? But in this chapter, I'd think not about how he might see her, but more on how PC has started to view him.
Well, that was kinda neat. I'm kinda reminded of HF pony's experience after she was locked away in FoE:TH, and a main character's death in FoE:MoH. Though I'm slightly surprised she seems to be recovering sanity pretty quickly. Unless events ever after Sandy's assist are also unreliable perceptions / mentally confused recall. In any case, I kinda like the whole weird mind confuse-y thingy or something.
Between the bottlecut and the reminder of her call to action to escape home to begin with, I'm now coming to think of Sandy as a kind of power character who hasn't quite masted control over it yet. It would probably toss non-lethal takedown options on her behalf out of the window. Even if the plan was to neutralize by dismembering limbs, they would likely die of bleedout, so... Hrm. Though the bottle thing is some parts on PC.
YAY DOGGIE.
The significance of the ending letter is totally flying over my head, but I think I simply forgot some of the context of earlier events, or hadn't been paying a lot of attention to them to start with.
I was going to make some kind of comment involving butts and cream, but I forgot the relevance between the time I thought it up and the time I wrote a comment. Oh well.

Her hallucinations were only half caused from the heat. She's had a lot happen in the time since the story started, and she's had more than her fair share of stress. The time in there gave her a lot of time to think, and the things she'd pushed to the back of her mind came bubbling back up.
And yes, Sandy is the fastest, and also the bestest at listening! She is best hellhound!
Oh, and yes, butts.
