The chapters and story progression has been fully laid out. All that's left is the writing. Chapter 1 is almost done. The biggest announcement for this fic revival is that there will be slight changes to a couple plot points that will come into play later in the series. This is to make it flow better with a more focused narrative and will hopefully please new readers as well as old fans.

So that fic that explained where Twilight was that NightSoul and I RP'd on Skype a decade ago is essentially cancelled on his account but he has given me full permission to write it on my own. I will be editing our RP into chapters and adding scenes of my own to ensure that as much of NightSoul's voice and ideas as possible are salvaged and kept in the story. I have decided to focus on A Noble Shadow for a bit since it's the only way the reader will care about all the characters in Twilight's life in Pinkamena 8 like Psyche, Ash, Misty, Pale, Void, and many more. I feel that that's probably important(?)

After much thought, and probably half-baked, it is done: My Pinkamena Diane Pie alternate chapter. I don't know if it'll meet readers' expectations. I certainly hope so, as I actually put in effort. Well, some effort – I copypasted some dialogue at the beginning. That was intentional because I wanted the setup to hew closely to the proper Pinkie Pie chapter. Not sure if this has been seen by many others before (possibly not, as it has a pretty small install base) but today Google Play suggested a game to me, which turned out to be goddamn fun! And note: this is in no way a paid endorsement, I found this game by luck and just wanted to share it.

It is 'Mature' (though honestly, if it was on Fimfic, it'd get a Teen Gore rating at most), so I'll leave a link to it after the break.

On the map was a ton of scribbles and X's and lines as the mare has been plotting behavior patterns of the Ponyville residents.
