This new crossover video is a little something I was inspired to make based on creating my previous two videos, Disney Villains Laugh at Pipp Petals and Disney Villains Laugh at Phyllis' Bald Spot. I wanted to create a new video featuring some villains laughing at Misty Brightdawn after a little setback involving her trying to catch Sparky the Baby Dragon, although I wanted to change things up by using villains that
