Pokemon: Detective Pikachu (2019) · 2:47am May 15th, 2019

So back in March I did a series of stupid things apparently. The problem is that I'm not sure which one of them caused the problem I'm dealing with currently. See it could be because I kicked a large heavy object when it fell toward me. It could have been the hole in the yard that I stepped in. Heck it could be a couple of other things that ... frankly I'm baffled how they would hurt a knee but if you can sneeze and paralyze yourself I can wonder if that was what caused it.

I get the feeling that Princess Luna has the worst job out of the princesses. I'm not talking about raising the moon and getting no real credit for it because apparently every horse in the land goes to bed at a sensible time. By the way what is a sensible time? I say go to bed when you're tired. Who cares if it's 10 pm or seventy five hours from now. But I digress.

So, where have I been. I mean honestly this has been the first time I've submitted anything since July of last year. The truth is I've really been absolutely nowhere. I've weaved my way through the many days avoiding angry crowds of one stripe or another. I've paid my bills mostly on time if not for the laziness of the local parcel services I'd be on time. I've worked at my job and one foot on one leg hurts regularly while the other knee pops loudly. Various people that I've called

1950s Sci-Fi Review Bundle (Part 1/?) · 6:58pm January 23rd

So recently because I'm a totally normal person with a totally refined sense of taste when it comes to fiction, I got on a binge of going through some of those good old 1950s (and some from the 60s) sci-fi movies, rewatching ones I hadn't seen in ages and getting around to watching ones I'd never seen before, either at all or only parts of, and I thought for the heck of it I'd share some little "mini-reviews" I've written up of some of the ones I've seen...also because it's been ages since I

Fluttershy is probably the most powerful character in the entire show. There I said it. I know, some will note that she doesn't have any magical abilities or that she hasn't been the one to lead or to defeat whatever the big evil thing is that pops up in a given season. Yet, in spite of all of that she has managed to accomplish quite a lot for being a pony with the confidence of a doormat.
