“Pharynx, it’s your turn for political appearances this week.”
“I don't speak Ponish.”
Original Song: Love Someone New by Phillipa Soo (from Over the Moon)
Key:
Pharynx
Apex
I know you feel pain,
I can see it in your eyes
Depression becomes overwhelming
When a loved one dies...
But eventually you need to let go
And let your heartache fly
Your family is waiting for you
If you let their love shine through
Pharynx stepped out of the store, a large bag in grasp as he scratched the back of his head. He looked both ways, preparing to cross the road. He was moments away from doing exactly that when he heard a sound approaching;
Brrrrrrrrr…
It didn’t take long for him to recognize that it was a motorbike coming. So he waited, watching as said motorbike swiftly rode closer and closer…
Brrrrrrrrrr...
“...Thorax?”
“Yeah?”
“I thought this would make for a good sketch, but now I’m horribly, horribly stuck.”
Chrysalis: *spewing insults*
Pharynx: It was a devastating, sad attempt to hurl out all the vocabulary she had in her head.
Pharynx: Which impressively came out to a total sum of four.
Thorax: I just ate a clock.
Pharynx: wHAT-
Thorax: It’s very time consuming.
Pharynx:...that joke was bad, and you should feel bad.
Bezier sat in the donut shop, laying the side of her head against the table. She had recently heard of what had happened between Quantum and Pentagon. First Oculus dying and now this? Why couldn’t her best friend catch a break for once?
“Bezier...?”
Her ears perked when she heard that baritone voice. She furrowed her brow when she saw Pharynx standing behind her. “I’m not talking to you...” she mumbled.
Pharynx looked at his soldier, who was holding a crossbow. “Okay, now aim down the sights.”
The changeling did so, aiming at a training dummy.
“Good. Now, turn the safety off.”
The changeling did that.
“Good, good. Now... shoot the dummy.”
The changeling fired, but missed.
Pharynx sighed. “The dummy.”
He fired again, but missed. He began unloading the entire magazine, missing each shot until...
“I said shoot the—”
Stab!
I had this idea, couldn't let it go to waste
"Hey Pharynx! I need some help practicing for my debate club at school, can you be the negative?"
"...No."
"What?! Come on, please?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"I don't have time to listen to you argue with me, you're just going to lose anyway."
Original song: Hey Soul Sister by Train
Key: Pharynx
(Hey, hey)
(Hey, hey, hey, hey)
(Hey, hey, hey, hey)
Your book’s stories
Imprinted deep into my mind
I won’t ever forget you
I went and let you into my heart
You sweet little bug
Your stupid smile in every dream I have
I knew when our worlds collided
That you would soon be in my life
My soul sister!
"Hey, Thor, Phar?"
"Yeah Em?"
"Temp and I've been wondering..."
"Did you two have crushes before us?"
./////////. "N-No!"
"Pfft, as if..."
"...You two do realize just because we're not changelings doesn't mean we can't tell when you're lying to us, right?"
...but for some reason I’ve been leaning towards Sombrynx.
Pharynx took another sip of his espresso, savoring the taste of the comforting drink. Not bad, actually.
It wasn’t everyday he got a taste of coffee. He hasn’t really checked out the place that his dad was working until now. He was already thinking of coming back next week.
“There you are, ya sick little freak…”
Oh, brother…
Pharynx: Would you rather kill Thorax or—
Chrysalis: Yes. Kill him
Pharynx: I didn’t even say the second option.
Chrysalis: I don’t need to hear it.
Pharynx:
Thorax: …feeling a little unsafe…
