BAM! Rough draft for Chapter 11 of What They Expect to Give is done! Just need to get it into a Google doc for my editor and send it off! He still has yet to read Chapter 10, but have no fear--that will go up on Sunday no matter what.

This weekend was my son's birthday. On top of that, he and I both came down with the cold. This, coupled with my already being behind on chapter 9, is why I missed Sunday's update (and why I might miss tomorrow's too.) It really is a fun chapter, so I'm hoping it will make up for the delay.

Chapter 9 for What They Expect to Give may be delayed. It's not finished yet, and what I have written (some 3k words) needs some re-writing.

Chapter 2 for Interdependence is finished, but it's being pushed back for 2 reasons:

1. I want to look it over one more time.
2. I'm waiting on some new cover art.

My absolute limit for number 2 will be tomorrow evening. If I don't have the cover art by then (which could be a thing) I'll have to look for a placeholder and just post it.

Right. So after further reflection, I'm dissatisfied with the cover for Interdependence. On its own I think it's all right, but I think it's sending off the wrong message to folks. Got in touch with someone on Deviant Art for a new cover. We'll see how that goes.
