Apparently I suck at judging how long something will take. I've been "this close" to finishing chapter 6 in "a day or two" for like two weeks now. Apparently I also suck at estimating how many words something will take, because it just keeps getting longer. Well yes, this is my question right now.
I write a Pinkie Pie adoption story and have finished the first step for it.
A sleepover for the two.
But for the next step I have two directions actually.
First a little bit of time skipping with the mentionof a few other activities.
Or a much slower approach with chapters for every little thing happened between the two.
It's up to my readers, so the few I've interested in the story.

Heads up for next chapter, there will be a massive reveal of the rules of multi-universal travel. However, I'm in a dilemma. The direction of the story and the location for the following chapter will depend on whether or not Changeling Queen Twilight stays for the whole chapter or not.

If Queen Twilight stays, the Archivist will take them to her Universe where all six bearers of harmony are immortal and the Queen will be given a bigger roll for the near future.

Today is a once in a lifetime kind of day for me. It's my golden birthday and I thought to make a post about the progress I've been making for Donkey Kong and leave my life story here as a way to cement the occasion.

The short answer, I haven't been making a whole lot of progress. I was working on it until a contest showed up and I had to get in one it. The theme was Halloween/Harvest based and I wrote a sequel story about my mushroom monster mare detective.
