Just putting it out there. Considering the fact that there are various alternate fan-universes where there were different elements of harmony, has anyone ever considered the interesting aspects of having them become a unified Multiversal force?

Like the Citadel of Rick's from Rick and Morty, only actually competent.

There is something like that presented in The Sparkle Census.

The Sparkle Census, as listed above, as well as The Outsiders are the first ones to come to mind.

Yes. Multiversal Harmony began with a universe where Discord's plunder seeds worked, and the Lord of Chaos was not particularly pleased with the outcome, so he decided to find heroes to fix the mess he made, because it would be just as much fun watching them try.

The heroes:

Spike from Bed Head's Flipside, a universe where Spike is a pony and Twilight is a dragon.
Rainbow Dash from Trinary's Rainbooms and Royalty, a universe where Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom convinced Celestia to make Dash her personal student instead of Twilight.
Pinkie Pie from RK_Striker_JK_5's Hasbroverse, connecting previous generations of MLP with Transformers and G.I.Joe characters among others.
Octavia from GrassAndClouds2's Cadanceverse, where all of the elements of Harmony are musical in nature.
Aunt Orange from Little Jackie Papercut's Manehattanverse, based on Twilight being sent to Manehattan instead of Ponyville.
Ditzy Doo from RainbowDoubleDash's Lunaverse, where Celestia was the sister who went tyrannical and insane and Luna had to banish her to the sun.

It was a pretty awesome concept, originally started by dramatic_spoon... the AU elements were summoned by Discord and needed to find the corresponding element related to Discord's world, embodied by a significant OC that had a strong relationship with the bearer in their home universe, although not necessarily so in Discord's. The downside was that having so many different writers backfired after a while due to scheduling and personal projects, so the story is on indefinite haitus.
