In the city of Cóltoba, Stormy Flare contemplates her failures. But a chance encounter will remind her that they weren't all in vain.

Full disclosure, I really struggled with this one, for whatever reason. I ended up with 8 separate drafts for several story ideas before I finally found one that had some life to it. I hope you enjoy this little one-shot!
