Emotionless dialogue?

A Russian reader (who I apparently upset quite a lot), left a comment about the character dialogues being dry and emotionless. I don't know if he was being serious or if he was just flaming me in the comment, but has anyone felt the dialogue in the T.U.P. series is dry or emotionless in any way?
