    The Arrowverse

To all you DC Comics fans out there, I’m sure you at least heard of the Arrowverse, a superhero media franchise that began with “Arrow” (starring Oliver Queen / the Green Arrow), before including “The Flash “, “Supergirl”, and more. I think it was a great and compelling journey alongside these heroes and their struggles not only against the villains but also the juggling of their lives, their

    Question regarding Horcruxes

JK Rowling imagined a vile concept for Voldemort, the main antagonist of her series, Harry Potter, as a means for him to achieve what he believed to be immortality due to his pathological fear of death - The Horcrux.

    Question

I have a question, and I would like to say, I ask this for clarification and intend no offense whatsoever.

In regards to the Singular They, which is typically used by people who identify as Non-Binary or otherwise, what word is acceptable in a sentence regarding an individual who goes by the Singular They?

'They are enjoying themselves' or 'They are enjoying themself'?

    A Weird Thing just happened...

Okay, so I'm on my computer, reading, when I hear a loud "POP/BOOM" sound in my house. I go to check it out... and I find out my two-liter of Cola just exploded in my pantry cupboard!

    I have no idea why!

I recently bought it, it wasn't shook, it was at room temp, I cannot, for the life of me, understand why this bottle of pop just popped!

Hogwarts Sorting Quiz · 6:13am Aug 2nd, 2022

Yes, I'm a Harry Potter / Wizarding World fan. What can I say? I'm a big nerd when it comes to Fantasy, and those fall under the category. I took this online quiz to determine not only my Hogwarts House but how much of each of the Four Houses I am.

The results, much to my satisfaction, are:

I am a Ravenclaw!

You are 37% Ravenclaw, 30% Hufflepuff, 23% Gryffindor, and 10% Slytherin!

"You definitely belong in Ravenclaw, but you have a kindness that sets you apart from most. While some Ravenclaws can be seen as slightly haughty or intimidating, your Hufflepuff side means you are more approachable, and therefore have an easier time making friends. Despite your softness, you find it easy to detach yourself from emotional situations and give objective viewpoints, making you the perfect person to go to for advice."

Ravenclaw always appealed to me the most out of all the four houses. Wit, Intelligence, Creativity, Learning, as well as Blue being my favorite (basic) color. If Twilight Sparkle were a student at Hogwarts I am fairly certain she'd be in Ravenclaw, due to her love of reading and learning and knowledge and discovery. I myself love reading & writing, and, of course, magic, and would give just about anything to learn true magic, and were that the case for me in the Wizarding World, I feel Ravenclaw is where I would fit in best (aside from the Thunderbird House in Ilvermorny's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry).

Hufflepuff is a fine House, although I admit it's not exactly my first or even my second choice. Still, I respect Hufflepuff for its values in Equality, Humility, Loyalty, and Patience, and not being as exclusive as the other three Houses. Still, I can understand why the quiz calculates why Hufflepuff would be my next most likely House to be sorted in. I feel Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie would fit in happily at Huflepuff were they students in Hogwarts.

I know Gryffindor is probably the most popular House in Hogwarts, but honestly, I never saw myself as Courageous, Bold, Daring, though I do love the idea of an Adventure, and I'd give anything for such a fantastical adventure as being a wizard in the Wizarding World, or a Unicorn Pony in Equestria. Regardless, Gryffindor would, personally, be my second choice for a House in Hogwarts. I think Applejack and Rainbow Dash would fit in best with Gryffindor.

Slytherin is my last choice for a House in Hogwarts. Honestly, if I were sorted in Slytherin, I would try and find a way to transfer to another House if that were even remotely possible. When I was younger, I associated Slytherin with evil due to a lot of the characters that were in Slytherin, Voldemort being the prime example. But now that I'm older, I see Slytherin in a fairer light, as its valued traits in Cunning, Resourcefulness, and Ambition aren't necessarily evil traits. My only problem with Slytherin now is the bias and bigotry and continued value for the so-called Purity of Blood. Don't bite my head off, but I could honestly see Rarity as a Slytherin student due to her own ambition, cunning, and resourcefulness, as well as her pride, though I can also picture her in Ravenclaw.

If you take the quiz, I hope you post your results in the comments below. Enjoy!

I'm Ravenclaw too

Took it and got mainly Ravenclaw. split between Hufflepuff and Slytherin. Gryffindor last place. But I’m mainly the guy who may seem like a jerk I’ve got a heart of gold. best way i can think of it is like when Han Solo returned to save Luke in A New Hope.
