A Disturbing Trend... (and update on latest chapter) · 10:14am Dec 12th, 2012
I don't know if I'm sounding... nit picky or something like that, but I was going through the past chapters of I Hate Ponies! and noticed something about it...
Basically, with the last, 6 or so chapters that I have come out with, the amount of people reading them has gone from a nice 3300 down to about 700. All in six chapters. The rest gravitate at about 3500 views and then... poof~ just a decline starting Chapter 9.
I'm honestly not sure why its been like this, but it isn't enjoyable to see after all.
You kind of start to wonder what the heck you have been doing wrong all of a sudden, and... idk. I don't know what to do basically.
What I definitely have been wanting to do though, which I think I will start after chapter 15, is to go back with my editors to past chapters and revise every single one of them. I think they need a good polish and would do well to get a revision~
It kind of sucks also since I don't have another big story I can work with instead, just in case, but for now I am obviously keeping on with I Hate Ponies!

After many people talking about my last chapter and how it was... inaccurate, I have decided to go back in and change up the beginning of it so its more... accurate.

I think those people thought the story was getting too confusing. I certainly remember being confused about what exactly was going on for a while.
lol I'd just be glad to be getting views like that. And I mean the 700...
602150 I think I have to agree with this guy. The story... well, it was complicated, plus it didn't seem to be going anywhere. But that last part is just my opinion.

Hey Scripture, don't worry about it too much man. I honestly have to agree that the plot has seemed a little confused at times, but it's never really bothered me. The interactions between your characters and how you portray their emotions and relationships so vividly is one of the big things that sucked me into this story, and as far as I'm concerned you're still spot-on with that much. I would like to see some "plot advancement" sometime within the next 2-3 chapters (i.e. answering questions, a peek at who's behind it all, any emotional/mental development in the characters), but overall I am still enjoying the pacing and plot.
So in essence, what I'm trying to say is: MOAR.
