    Well, color me impressed.

All 78 episodes on 2 discs, the translation is just as solid as the Hulu version, the subtitles are on by default, and they even translated the mid-episode character cards.

Well, because there was no TYT this week...

Here's an absolutely adorable tutorial on how to hug your pony from doubleWbrothers.

So I've been busy away from ponies... Again...

With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.

That story is now complete, and posted in its entirety over on AO3.

Is it just me, or was this episode's solution absolutely gross?

Not only that it was close to home during the earlier pandemic when covid 19 hit 😰

"Microbiologist" Me: "First you throw magic glitter into what looks like spoiled face mask, then you keep using face mask after sneezing into it. Pipp, for fuck's sake! And oh great, now Dahlia's selling snot-laced flowers. How the hell did this episode's writer think this would fly after COVID?!"

Brony Me: "Counterpoint: this is a world where the inhabitants handle objects, including food, with their hooves they've been traipsing all over the place with and grasp objects with their mouths. This is not much worse than it already was."

Pity, this could've been an episode about adapting to big changes. Obviously, a florist is going to have trouble when a huge chunk of their customer base can grow plants at will. That's the kind of thing business owners have had to grapple with for a very long time, but that just means Dahlia should have gotten creative in order to keep her business running. She did try to sell to at least one unicorn and pegasus, but that would have been a good place to start: sell flowers to ponies who can't make them themselves, at least until those customers just start asking their Earth pony friends. Emphasize the flower arranging part of your business (in the same way that people will hire interior decorators instead of just remodeling their homes themselves). Enchant your flowers to glow in different colors... until the effect literally drips off of them. I get the feeling that, fast forward past the ending, the episode's solution didn't actually solve the problem.

With how Sprout ran Canterlogic's assembly line, combined with Pipp in Tell Your Tale, I'm convinced that OSHA and a Health Department doesn't exist in Maretime Bay.

Nope that was disgusting weird nonsensical

I thought it was a tad gross, but I've seen worse. This episode at least tried to show something funny and it succeeded.
I like this cartoon series better than Pony Life, that's for sure.

You'd certainly think so. Though I could swear Hitch said something about the critters causing a bunch of health code violations when he caught them stealing things for him. Pretty sure among those animals were a few raccoonicorns (racunicorns?) who would then go on to swim in a dumpster with Izzy.

Meh, I've seen worse.
