Has anyone come out of a teleporter covered in black carbon?
Has there been a Yeti Punch and/or equivalent?
Has there been a "Best Game Since Grifball"?
Has there been Grifball?
Has Evil found a way?
Has the been any, "Good news, everyone!"?
Anyone been to to bite a shiny metal ass?
Has anyone had the High Ground?
How many Caboose-isms, Sarge-isms, Tucker-isms, Grif-isms, Donut-isms, Church-isms, Doc-isms, O'Malley-isms, Vic-isms, Tex-isms and questions of why we're here have you had?
Have La been Kickee Wee Shahni sleemo?

I'll mention most different sources in separate replies.
Numbers 2, 4, 5, 10 and 12 are Red vs Blue.
2 was a running gag of every time Tucker went through a teleporter, his armour would end up covered in black stuff.
4 is a line from Sarge that was a throwaway gag, and 5 is a continuation of it that became an actual Multiplayer Game-Mode in Halo, starting with... Halo 3, I think, but I'm not sure.
10 is in relation to common or standout lines from varyios characters.
12 is a reference to Season 12 when a certain terrifying genius character modifies Caboose's gun to give full combat control to an AI to reduce his chances of killing Team Mates, making trigger pulls shoot confetti and make a fun party noise.

Number 3 is a TF2 reference to Saxton Hale

Number 7 and 8 are Futurama.
7 is how the Proffessor walks into a room and declares, "Good news, everyone!", usually before sending them on extremely dangerous missions.
8 is a catchphrase of Bender. "Bite my shiny, metal ass!"

Numbers 9 and 11 are Star Wars.
9 is the High Ground meme from episode 3
11 is Huttese for, "Have there been any Bounty Hunter Slime-balls?"

Number six is a reference to the Overlord games.
