Hello everypony,
Just a quick update on the progress of the story. With the release of Chapter 15, I am finally able to move on with the rest of the story. I expect that the next couple of chapters will be coming in the following weeks as I edit them. The weekdays will probably have me too busy to do anything other than light editing but the weekends are what I am aiming for.
I also went back to chapters 1, 2, 4, and 5 to correct a small error with canon. Apparently I forgot what the plot of Horse Play was. Oops. I made the minor adjustment, and it actually jives better with the story, albeit condensing historical events into about 120 years.
Queen Faustinia founded Equestria about 3,000 years prior to the modern day, Celestia and Luna were born about 1,122 years prior. During their youth both their mother and father died (or disappeared), a lot of stuff happened involving Luna's lover, Star Swirl's disappearance, the Crystal Empire, Discord, and Nightmare Moon, then the rest is history.
Anyway, I hope there won't be any more errors of this sort.
