Claim: Doctors let die those patients who’ve indicated they’ll donate their organs.
"It's true! I signed up to be an organ donor, and I've died five times so far, four of those times in the hospital because the medical staff were too busy deciding who would get my organs, that they didn't bother to keep me from flatlining on and off all night.
On the positive side, I've gotten to have many visits to the Pearly Gates and conversations with Jesus. If I hadn't signed that organ donorship card, my spiritual life would be immeasurably poorer."

I added the day after original post: But seriously, can you prove that if you think about your own mortality and try to do something nice for someone else, your spiritual life won't be improved?
(Been writing some religious humor writing lately. )
They don't need to do this because motorcyclists exist. And have a fair bit of overlap with the sort of people who would spread these urban legends.
Next time you see Jesus tell him he still owes me $50.
