For Tales:
Arson, Murder and Jaywalking: All three Trope Namer crimes are explicitly listed by Mirror Applejack. Subverted in that Jaywalking was the only one she was able to bring herself to do out of the three.
Card-Carrying Villain: Mirror Applejack is an extremely inept example of this Trope. Mostly because she can't bring herself to do the REALLY nasty stuff.
For Legends:
Arch-Enemy: Spitfire is this for Captain Gilda while Empress Cadenza is this to Duchess Chrysalis.
The Cape: Gilda, as an Expy of Captain America, qualifies as does Captain Goodguy, who is an extremely affectionate parody of Silver Age comic book heroes.
Humble Hero: Princess Trixie, representing humility, is obviously this (to the point of Heroic Self Deprecation in fact), but Gilda also has elements of this.
