This is a tough one. Right now, I vote for Duchess Chrysalis. I really AM that curious as to how she came to realize she could get A LOT more love from being good. Captain Goodguy comes in A VERY CLOSE second because I'm a self-admitted huge fan of classic super-hero comics and I already know that chapter will contain NUMEROUS classic comic book super-hero Shout Outs (that's just meant to be an educated guess, NOT a spoiler). Princess Trixie comes in a pretty close third.
Anyway, I would say, if you get it narrowed down to two possibles (as in two possibilities for the second chapter are tied for first place), I would say flip a coin to decide from there. The loser of the toss would then get the third chapter instead of the second.

Actually, considering her canon counterpart's role as the main villainess of the most recent season finale, maybe it would make it EVEN MORE appropriate that Duchess Chrysalis's story be next. :-D Of course, I can completely understand your right to disagree with that logic.
