RIDER TIME extra: World of Riders "Kaixa Day" celebration · 6:52pm Sep 13th, 2021
On the 13th of September, the World of Riders celebrates "Kaixa Day", to remind all the Kamen Riders and Riders-to-be not to be like Masato Kusaka, and use their powers for truly good purposes.
Kaixa Day celebrations traditionally start in the evening, with the burning of an effigy of Kaixa, and the scooping of its ashes into small bags. Every child under 13 is given a bag of these ashes to carry, where they trade bits of this ash for treats.
Another Kaixa Day tradition is donning replica masks of the Faiz Riders. Many smaller craftsmen will make these masks and hand them out to children, as one of the things they can trade ashes for. Other such treats include sweets like Photon cakes, small chocolate cakes with a strawberry jam filling, as well as small toys modeled after the Auto Vajin.
Smart Brain itself usually oversees the organizing and funding for these events, raising donations to hold the celebrations each year.
Often, there will be gatherings to play the "Kiba Game", a game where the "Kiba" is told several statements about a room, and has to point out the "Kusaka", the one who gives a false statement.
At the end of the festival, all the gathered ashes are taken and thrown into a large metal trash can, and the trash can is sealed and taken away. Smart Brain will recycle the can and its contents for their products.

Just like any society, they have holidays and occurrences they celebrate. I'll be posting more about their society in blog posts like this, things that wouldn't fit in the actual story but are part of it otherwise.
