Death of a Queen Rewrite Update · 4:57pm Jul 19th, 2021
So, for those of you out of the loop, I’ve been working on rewrites for the original Death of a Queen story. The process has slowed down a bit, as I was moving a bit fast for my editor and prereader to keep up. But, rest assured, the rewrites are underway. I currently have 18 chapters rewritten.
This is also why progress has stopped for the sequel for right now. I know I left it on a little bit of a cliffhanger, but I want to make sure the foundation is secure and strong before I continue. And I promise you all, it will continue.
In the meantime, since I’m a bit restrained by that, I’ve been thinking about some shorter projects. So keep an eye out for that.
As always, I would love to hear what any of you think about this. Will you read a rewrite? Am I an idiot for doing this? Will Goku be able to stop the invading Saiyans? Let me know in the comments below.

Maybe yes maybe no, it mainly depends on how interesting you will make the changes and especially I insist on the words if I can see if a chapter has been modified easily.
For the first few chapters, the rewrites are mostly quality of life. Around chapters four and five is when bigger shifts start to happen. A few of the best scenes (in my opinion) are relatively unchanged, but there have been a lof of shifts in character motivations and pacing.
I would read the rewrite.
