Sorry Fallen Update delayed again

A combination of commissions (MLP and non-MLP ones) and work is forcing me to focus on other things besides Fallen and I don't want to burn myself out and give you guys a half-good chapter, especially as one as important as the next one. I want to do it when I'm fresh and ready. Sorry for the delay
