You know, this year sucked, right? But so far, Christmas isn't that bad. Promising Young Women came out, I got Heelys, but most importantly, I made some really good friends this year, and still stayed connected with friends from Years past.
I think that's the best part of Christmas. Even if it's snowing, or sunny, or you feel a little sick, or maybe riding a high, you have this sense of joy for the day. Even if the commercialism is stupid, at least the true meaning is still there. Religious or not, you feel closer to your family and friends. Or your friends ARE your family. Either way, you have this sense of... Of things being RIGHT in the world. And it's a beautiful thing.

I'm a Christmas obsessed. XD I celebrate it twice, the american and the russian Christmases. Only the american gets gifts, the russian is just spending time with fam. :3
