Hooves of Fate - New Moon.

At the end of this week comes the first New Moon of Autumn, and with it, the latest chapter of Hooves of Fate.

The New Moon is the point in the lunar cycle when you can't see the Moon at all. Once it passes, Luna begins her two-week journey toward fullness. This is a new beginning for Rose and Friends as well, so it seems fitting.
