I'm just so fucking English is a term of endearment in my books. I love the Britishisms and overall sense of cultured yet giving very few fucks your works give off. When a reader clicks on your writes, it is very obviously you. The tone you set is a delight to settle into with each new story.
My 'home' community, an IRC channel I've been in since I was 14, more than half my life ago, is heavily pan-anglosphere. We have been inoculated not only with the standard, 101-levels of Brit-com that come standard with one's Nerd Card, but also more advanced classes--your Absolute Power, your Believe Nothing, your endless selection of good old Panel Shows. Plus of course any amount of suitable literature.
All this is to say that yes, you are very English indeed and it's very... cozy, I suppose.
