Well this was quite unexpected!
To be honest, I blown away when it went almost immediately to the top of the feature box on the site. While I’ve had stories blow up before, this is perhaps the fastest story to do so that I have written.
So, an absolutely massive thanks to everyone that gave it a read and commented! 
The overwhelmingly positive reception means so much, and I am overjoyed that people liked it.
A consistent comment that has popped up is the desire to see either a follow-up chapter or story. I can confirm that I do plan to follow up when possible. I am undecided if it should be a new story or not and a lot of the details are vague. I don’t want to ruin the comedy of the original piece by writing a complex analysis of Equestria’s problems. 
However, if I am to go into the whole ‘Twilight fixes Equestria’, I may need a multichapter story. But we will see.
Once again, a huge thank you to everyone that liked the story and got it featured! I immensely enjoyed writing it, and here’s to more hopefully in the future!
Maybe not so much an analysis of Equestria's problems as Twilight's attempts to play Pin the Debt on the Celestia?

I think the fixing of the debt should take second place over Celestia and the Prince. Another two angles is the guard and the students. Plenty of drama all around...
Twilight kills the Monarchy in favor of a Tyranny and rebranding. Princess Celestia and Equestria might owe money but Goddess-Empress Twilight Sparkle and the Greater Equestrian Empire do not.
Of course she could always make use of the Mirror Pool and have ponys go into it carrying fat sacks of bits to be duplicated than get rid of the Clones but keep the bits.

I have a vague outline of what should happen in individual parts but it’s connecting them all together into a cohesive piece is going to be a big challenge.
