Hello everyone!
Tomorrow is the online pony con, Ponyfest!
Yes, it may be kind of dorky to run a convention on Discord, but let's face it - we're all under quarantine here, and could use some fun!

And because I am a generous soul (or at least, like to hear myself talk 
) I've volunteered for not one, but two panels tomorrow.
At 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM Eastern), I shall be running a panel in the writing room entitled "The Universal Engagement Curve", about pacing in stories and other works of fiction. I'll post the Powerpoint up here on my blog afterwards, similar to what I did after my EFNW panel last year. I will also probably make a recording of the panel myself as I stream it.
At 1 PM Pacific Time (4 PM Eastern), I will be a panelist on the "Favorite Fanfictions: A Conversation with Writers" panel, where a bunch of people will discuss their favorite fanfics.
There will also be two Open Read and Critique sessions tomorrow, one at 9 AM Pacific Time, and one at 9 PM Pacific Time, where people will break up into groups, read a short bit of a story, and then everyone else will give feedback on it. These are sort of group sessions, but at least one member of the con staff will be in each group, however many groups we end up with.
There's a bunch of other panels going on tommorrow, so look at the schedule and see what interests you!
I believe that the con will be running from 7 AM Pacific Time to midnight Pacific Time, with various things and events going on in different places. Hopefully people will have fun with it!

The vendor hall opens at 7:30 AM Pacific Time and runs until 9:00 PM Pacific Time.
I have no idea what they have there.

Honestly I was just joking about that. I didn’t think it would have a vendors hall. I’m pleasantly surprised.
