Agent Fluffy did a fanfic reading of I Can Explain · 10:30am August 9th

Thanks, Fluffy!

I have to say, the background music and poor Rarity's voice grew on me while listening.

So, I was taking a walk this evening. There's been a cougar sighted in the area, and so I, being the responsible citizen that I am, was carrying around a can of bear spray, because living in a rural area and walking around on your own at 8:30 at night when a cougar has been spotted less than a mile where you are... probably a good idea, right?

So, anyway, I'm out walking up towards the top of my neighborhood. It's a rural area, but not like, farm farms, more like... five acre lots.

Remembering Stories · 4:33pm May 27th

Over the last month or so I've been getting back into ponies in preparation for Everfree Northwest, watching episodes and reading old stories and doing reviews and whatnot.

One thing I've been doing is re-reading some of my favorites, as well as some other random stories I remembered. One thing I've come to realize is that there are some stories that, despite not recommending them, were easy to remember. They stuck with me, usually because they had some sort of strong idea attached to it.

Everfree Northwest Con Report · 5:24am May 22nd

Howdy folks! Well, I had a fun weekend. I ended up driving Thursday afternoon (managing to get to Portland at 3pm, just in time for the traffic to go to hell) and drove back Sunday evening (managing to hit a section of I-5 where they closed all but one lane at 10 PM, creating a huge traffic jam in the middle of nowhere), and had a total blast the whole time in-between.

Everfree Northwest Day 1 · 9:18am May 19th

I hung out with a bunch of people since I got into Seattle on Thursday. A partial, horribly incomplete list would include:

Xepher (rooming with him, cool dude as always, fair bit of presence IRL. Good at running panels, very efficient and good at sparking/spurring conversation)

Winston (Cool dude as always; a bit quiet, but nice to hang out with and chat with. He’s on the staff, so secretly rules over us all, like Xepher)

Mudpony (I’ll read that story, I swear!)

Free Game - Stories: The Path of Destinies · 10:52pm May 13th

Stories: The Path of Destinies may have a dopey name, but it is presently free on Steam. While I don't mention stuff like this too often, I thought it was worth calling this one out for a few reasons:

1) You are a bunch of incorrigible furries, and it is a game entirely populated by anthropomorphic animals.
