No. It's still March. It's not April, dammit. Aagggh *throat gurgling noises*!
Okay so this'll be a short one. I've stayed up until almost 4am for the last two weeks writing and rewriting this chapter. I could've just rocketed through it without much concern, but unfortunately I'm one of those people that likes every fight to have some level of meaning and character development. Anyways, this is me rn.
Figured it was best to put my nose to the grindstone and reach the next stage before making another update. Finally finished up that fight scene that was giving me loads of trouble. I was expecting this to come out way faster, but in the end it ended up being another chapter 6. Just had to finish up this last scene here in ch. 12 before handing it off to my editor. I went over it another time to make sure I didn't miss anything . It's a really important one so I think the extra pass was warranted. Then I'm going to finish the chapter I'm posting alongside it. As for future updates on this topic I'm going to be making them as edits to this blog entry to avoid a bunch of update notifications.
Not much else to report besides that. Though in regards to that big thing I keep mentioning, I got an update this (last (two weeks)) week and is nearly ready to release. It's a comic (spoiler). There'll be more information once this upcoming chapter is posted. SOON!!! I'm tired as hell. Going to finish this and pass it along to my editor, then pass out. Then wake up and finish up the bonus chapter which is much shorter and basically almost done.
tl;dr: gave the draft to my editor. Now to work on the other thing.
I need some sleep...

Don't worry, I'm not going to release a half-assed chapter. The only chapters I release are fully whole-assed 👌. I'll make sure it's as good as I want it to be before I post it, I just wasn't expecting there to be this much work left to do on it when I made that initial blogpost lol. Partly my fault for misjudging.
