I've started writing for "Flurry Heart's Story"! Pilot: Elements Assemble!

That's right, I've finally started writing some material for the "Flurry Heart's Story" fanfic series I mentioned in an earlier blog post! The first story is going to be called "Elements Assemble". It will act as a sort of 2-parter pilot to the series and will introduce us to Flurry as she starts off one summer visiting Ponyville and finds herself thrown into all sorts of adventures, many of which have to do with the "Trio" (Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis) and stopping (and possibly reforming?) them. We will see plenty of familiar faces return and some new ones I have developed as OCs for the story. Oh, and we will also see some characters that really should have been in the show but were sadly never given any screentime like Scorpan.

I know I said that I'd finish AotA first but I'm just really itching to get started with Elements Assemble. I think I'll just work on whichever one I feel comfortable with at the time and just release a chapter from either one whenever I can. I'm not even sure which the next JotCoF entry will be, but I'm leaning towards either Applejack or Fluttershy.

Also, since some of you may only follow me on here, my Deviant Art is loaded with tons of images of characters I've designed for this story as well as older versions of already-canon characters and comic-only characters in vector style like they belong in the show. I'm having tons of fun making these designs and developing the personalities for them. Be sure to take a look at the "voice actor meme" images too, it will give you a good idea of what the characters sound like who would need a new voice for the series.

So yeah, FHS writing is underway! I'm not sure when the first chapter will be up, but I hope you like it when it's ready! :)
