Don’t know what to do. · 12:54pm Mar 9th, 2020
I, I feel like I’m the black sheep of this website and it’s stories.
As of today SGA has reached 50 dislikes, which in all honesty has broken my heart.
I, I don’t know what to do anymore.
Should just lake my stories and leave the website (deleting everything) or delete all my stories and this account.
I don’t know what to do anymore.
If anyone wants to take my stories and rewrite, then do as you please as I don’t care anymore what happens to them.
Don’t bother asking if everything is ok, because the answer is NO.
If you posted a blog to try and help me, you do that I don’t care.
Don't lose hope man, there is a lot of promise with SGA, you are not the black sheep of this website
Woah. Calm down a second.
Take a deep breath. Think about this.
There are always people who will dislike your stories. And that's okay. There are so many other people who like your stories. Don't lose hope, okay?
So what there are 50 likes? It's 42 to 50. That's not a big difference! 42 is a lot of likes! If you leave, there are people who will definitely miss you and your stories--all those people who upvoted SGA!
Don't delete your stories--and please don't leave. Your friends and your audience here will miss you.
Know what? If you want, I can edit your story. I don't know anything about Kingdom Hearts, but I do know about writing. I'll help you with whatever you need.
Don't lose hope. We're here for you. Don't delete your stories--people still like them.
And don't forget--I will help you if you want me too.

Will they though?
I’m starting to understand something a friend of my told me about this site

They will. Trust me.
I can name someone right off the top of my head. Subsistance! They even wrote a story inspired by yours!
Remember--if you want help, I will help you.
You are not the black sheep of this website. I can think of at least one guy who fits that description better than you.
If you need help with your story, I will be happy to lend my assistance. Nobody starts off writing perfect, which is why we must always strive to improve and better ourselves. If you delete your stories, you'd be denying just how far you've come since you've started. I don't want that, nobody here wants that.

Well I feel like some people want that to happen to new writers

Looking at the comments of your story, I can see that a lot of people want to see you improve as a writer. If I'm being honest, comments are what you want to look forward to when you write stories. Dislikes given without a reason are just meaningless, so you shouldn't worry too much about them.
Maybe you should start fresh with something new, something shorter so that you can build up your writing skills. I see that you made your first story on this site a long adventure story, which is not really the kind of thing you want to start off doing. Trust me, I did the exact same thing when I was starting off, and got about the same like:dislike ratio as you did. Ended up cancelling it too. Try writing some short comedy stories about whatever you find funny. Or perhaps some slice of life stories. Try to gain some new perspectives when you write. Maybe read or reread some books that you like and try to think of what the authors do right when they write stories. Then maybe you can come back to your old stories with experience and fresh ideas.
In conclusion, write whatever you want and take the feedback that you get to make yourself even better. It may be slow, it may take many attempts, but eventually, you'll get better.
...I need to go to bed.
