If anyone here is familiar with the Omegaverse, which is pretty common on AO3 but singularly less common on this site, I've noticed, I have a proposition for you all.
If you don't know, the Omegaverse rose up from some real weird werewolf fanfiction, and it carries a specific set of tropes with it that can get kind of weird if it's not the kind of thing that you're into. The short of it is that the Omegaverse trope-set can be applied to almost any fictive universe, the characters are divided into three 'breeds', those breeds being Alphas, Betas, and Omegas.
And yes, when written in fanfiction, Omegaverse fics are primarily a smut thing. Not always, but like... a strong 85-90% of the time. Think of it like: Omega's go into heat, Alphas breed with Omegas. Lots of sex, etc... All Alpha's have dicks, all Omega's can bear children, and this is regardless of gender, so if you're writing F/F story, the Alpha!Female has a dick, if you're writing M/M, then you're probably gonna be writing an Mpreg fic.

A~nyways, the reason I'm mentioning all of this stuff is that I had this really odd, borderline pornographic, plot-bunny sprint through my head a few days ago and I ended up on a writing binge. Now I have no idea if anyone among my readership would have any interest in it, but I figured I'd take a poll and see who would be interested in seeing this story get posted.
One of the reasons you all might be interested is this: I'm finally, finally writing a SunsetxRainbow fic.
That's right, the poor prismatic lesbian who keeps getting the short-end of the literary stick in almost all of my stories is finally being written into a story where she and Sunset actually end up together. Of course, this is me, so there's a lot of requisite drama between there and here, and it's an A/U fic set with everyone in college, a little older and little more mature, like early twenties.

Sunset x Rainbow? In your writing style? Sign me the fuck up! As a complete aside, I'd just like to say that my favorite partner you've paired off Sunset with so far is Aria. That was a joy to read. Coincidentally, RD's role in those fics were among my favorite despite how small she actually played into the story, next to maaaaybe her part in Dead by Sunset. Thanks again for all you do with Sunset! love all of it.

Have you read any Omegaverse fics? There's some pretty well written ones on AO3, one of my favorites is actually a Wonder Woman/Lara Croft fic inspiried by Stjepan Sejic's crossover artwork.
