Hey guys. I case you haven’t noticed, it’s been a little less than a month since I put out any content, save for a few comments. Fear not, for I have a good reason for this.
Ever since Romantic Meetings, people have been asking how Jake Taylor came to be in Equestria, and I’ve been saying that I’ll write a story explaining such. Well, I’m here now to say that such a story is finally in progress.
I can’t give an exact date as to when it’ll be published, but I can guarantee that it will not end up like Caught and Punished.
I’m also here to offer a bit of a challenge. Peni Parker and ThePinkedWonder both have access to view this story as of now, but there’s a way for you to gain access as well.
In case you didn’t know, another story of mine, Romantic Mischief, is collaborative, meaning several people can write chapters for it. Well, if you’d like early access to Jake Taylor’s origin story, write a chapter for that Romantic Mischief. The requirements to do so will be in the story’s description. By February 10th, all submitted chapters will be published, and the winner will be announced. The winner will be determined based upon how much I like the chapter they wrote, and how much the site loves it. The winning author will receive a PM from yours truly including the link and password to the origin story and have early access to all of its chapters as I write them.
With that, I leave you to try your best, and may the best author win.
