The great inspiration fairy has visited me, and has bequeathed me another chapter! Huzzah!
I haven't finished editing it yet, and I cannot guarantee that it will stay in it's current form. However, if you guys would like to take a look at it, tell me what I'm doing wrong, and how I can improve before publishing, then feel free! After all, you've stuck with me this long, you should know how my paranoid, self-doubting brain does these things by now!
As for the flag question, thank you all so much for your answers, it really helped me out, and I think I've figured out how I want the situation I planned to play out.
