No, just Equestria.

I'm gonna take a hot guess and say 60 million. It has several large cities that have been established (Manehatten, Fillydelphia, Los Pegasus) that I would assume have similar populations to their real-world counterparts. It takes a few hours to travel from Canterlot to Ponyville by train, and that distance is around a fifth of the size of the country from east to west coast, so it can be assumed that the entire country can be traveled by steam train in less than 24 hours, meaning that in terms of land mass it's around the size of Germany. Germany's population is 82 million, but we've seen from the show that Equestria still has a large unsettled frontier (think Appleoosa and the Everfree), so I'd be willing to bet that Equestrians aren't using their space as efficiently as the Germans.

As a side note, if Manehatten really is the size of New York City, that means that around 1/7th of the entire population is concentrated inside that one city (8.3 million). The largest city in Germany is Berlin at about 3 million, meaning that Equestria is much more urban than Germany by a huge margin (after all, that's just one city; judging by the fact that Equestria isn't portrayed as a city-state run out of Manehatten, we can assume there are other population centers in the country that at the very least come close to breaking a million). Since their technology is shown to be around industrial revolution levels (and Applejack bucking apples by hoof is profitable enough to make a living off of), Equestria must import a huge amount of food to keep everyone fed.
