The Super Revamp

I fear the edge of dawn, knowing time betrays...

Sweet Jesus, is that a Super chapter!?! Son of a bitch, I think it is! Well, well, well. A Super chapter it is. One of these days, I'll finish that story.I'd like 'one of these days' to be sometime before 2020 starts, so I'm going to attempt to accomplish that. You know what's scary about getting close to the end? Next chapter is the chapter. The big one. The one I planned all the way back when I'd finished the outline, the one I'd been waiting and wanting to get to all this time. It's finally here. If by some miracle, I manage to get through it in the next week or so, that'll be why.

My goal in life has always been to make the readers of my stories feel something. always has, probably always will be. There are no absolutes in life though, so we'll just keep it like that. The next chapter is meant to hurt like no other. it'll hurt me the most because I doubt anyone is more invested in this story than I am. I don't know how many people were here with me in the beginning that are still here, but the next one's for you, so to speak.

I've been building up this big bad MF since Rainbow was added to the party, and I want to deliver on him too. If you remember him, think Copper Tassel, but much, much, worse. Shit is about to go down. I have little doubt that this will be a two or more parter, I'm certain events will play in such a way that it gets me to 20k at the least, and I haven't even written the outline for this chapter yet. That's on my to do list for today.

Once we move past this, we have about three chapters and an epilogue left for this story, and I'm hoping I can get it done in time for the new year. In addition, you might've seen the note I put up on the story's description. after really getting into things, I've changed up the way I write (again) and I'll be trying to format the story to match that. This new way to format shouldn't be too intensive on the editing side, so for the most part, I'll just be shifting things around and not actually rewriting things. If you've read chapter 53/ Persona 24, then you might've noticed that it too is formatted differently than the rest of the story. Eventually, I hope to get to the point where the whole story looks like that.

Another note, after Super Finishes, I think I'll stop tying my blogs to it and just put them up whenever a new story goes up or something like that. Kingdom of the Desert Sky is my next project and will end up being my first foray into original fiction. Course, in truth it's more or less a pony AU since my characters are all based on our little horses, but changes are more significant than 'characters in a new world,' because the story will be more about exploring Solaris (the continent in which the story takes place) and there will be two main perspectives going on at the same time (Celestia Solatia's group and LunaLunatia's group) in the first book at least, and maybe even partly in the other books. Likely to be a trilogy, but that all depends on if I can sell it at some point.

I haven't even really sat down to start writing it yet though, so there's that.
