So I watched the leaks and I finished the show. I am sad that it's over but man was it a ride. It ended on a very good note. You will not be disappointed.
It's funny because I never liked the show at first. I thought it was like another baby show and I wanted nothing to do with it. But thanks to my brother I gave it a chance. We watched it only to see why everyone liked it. My first episode ever was "Swarm of the Century.” Boy were me and my brother laughing. After that, we were hooked and wanted to know everything about the show. Season 4 had just finished when we first started watching it. I remember spending months watching the whole series. It was a ride. I don't regret any of it. There is so much that has happened and I've learned because of it. I am sad that it's over but it was fun. It was worth it and I wouldn't change any of them.
So with that, I would give gen 5 a chance. I think you all should too. Don't worry, I will keep writing my story cause just because the show is over doesn't mean we have to stop loving it. MLP was by far one of the best shows I ever watched.

I know but it was fun while it lasted.
Yup, IMHO the ending was pretty good. My only beef is with Celestia and Luna retiring (I don't think that counts as a spoiler, since it was announced at the beginning of the season). It makes absolutely no sense. But other than that, it was very good.
Let's hope G5 will come soon AND that it will be as good
