Done by request. Well, many requests. Like, people have come to expect this for some unknown reason. What gives?

I'm not an assassin! Your mild-mannered disposition belies your true nature and you take umbrage at the mere suggestion. All of your assassin attacks are far more assassiny and you deal considerably more damage to targets caught unawares. 5X multiplier to all sneak attacks, 3X multiplier to all criticals.
I'm nothing special: All perception checks against you are done with a -4 penalty. It's not invisibility, but it is the next best thing.
Nonlethal strike: You strike with surgical precision in battle and know just how to hurt others, but not kill them. You don't want others to get the wrong idea. After all, you're not an assassin.
"Hail the Night Lady." Your association with the Night Lady allows you to make special friends and acquaintances. What is done in the night goes unnoticed by the light.
People like numbers, I suppose? It's a pretty interesting bit of looking "under the hood" as it were.
They like to see the stats so they can throw them as NPC's at there players.

Also, this remember an OC of mine, an earth pony named Chance. He manifest various support and strategic abilities and enhacements whenever they are nedeed...thus he almost always have a CHANCE (HAH !) to win a battle. A trap ? He can teleport (even with not much control). Enemy too strong ? Suddenly you are very agile and fast. Too fast...oh, look, you are a precog now and can prevent the attacks...and so on.
