Sorry for the late update. I have been busy. I went on vacation for a week and that slowed down my writing a bit. I am releasing 3 chapters of Black Cat once because of a silly mix up with my prereader. For some reason, my emails to him got sent to his spam folder (he doesn't use fimfiction anymore) so he didn't know about the chapters I sent him. Anyway, that problem is solved and all those chapters stopped getting metaphorical dust on my computer.
The battle with Lion Heart took a turn I didn't expect while writing it. I gave him a completely different set of powers and the chapter where he was defeated ended up with him living! Lion Heart had the power to revive himself from the dead in this version. I was going to release that version of the story, but my instincts didn't like it. So I rewrote the entire chapter and came up with something completely different. I'm glad I did. The new version of events turned out much better in my opinion. I am glad is listened to my instincts.
As for Secret Agent Dinky, this will be the final chapter of the story before the epilogue. The epilogue will be a little long, but it'll wrap everything up. It took me awhile to figure out how to defeat Chrysalis. I wanted Dinky to help defeat her, but I didn't know how at first. The result is something you won't expect, but its a fun idea. Though it is a strange way to end a story about secret agents. Don't worry, I have a good idea to resolve the secret agent plotline in a way that makes sense and will be satisfying. At least I hope so. This story kinda got away from me. I wish I planned it to be more about secret agents and not about Dinky's crazy adventures. Oh well. It happens. Still, I am happy with it for the most part.
