1. Burgerkiss - This artist produces pin-ups of sexy female anthro babes. What caught my attention is their depiction of Queen Chrysalis as a romantic and affectionate seducer to Shining Armor, which I think is out of this world.
2. Loveslove - Most of the ponies in their art have distinguishably fuzzy manes, which makes them really stand out among other artists. Though I didn't incorporate fuzzy manes in my story, the mares' proportions are the best eye-catching part, Princess Luna being the perfect example.
3. Doctorthei - Also known as doctor-sfm, their impressive art of Nightmare Moon with bedroom eyes and Queen Chrysalis as a femdom, both with abs, makes them the hottest and loveliest goddesses of all time.
4. BGN - Short for Blueguynow, his art mostly consists of irresistibly hot muscular male anthro hunks, ranging from stallions to other animals like oryxes, kangaroos, sharks, cobras, dragons, etc. Out of all the stallions he has drawn, King Sombra is the ultimate winner.
5. Marik_Azemus - His illustration of Zecora as an Amazonian zebra with long black and white mane is absolutely stunning. The portrayal of anthro males and females are amazing as well. I can't get enough of the sexy content he has put out.
Seriously, go check out the clop-worthy content of these talented artists on e621, FurAffinity, and derpibooru. I guarantee that they really bring out the sexiness of equids. You will not be disappointed. 
Nice! The most notable clop artists offhand for me are DimWitDog (but I admittedly often like my clop on the darker side!) and Pia-Sama. (Does some great Sparity shipping.) Aponty and John Joseco also come to mind.

Speaking of Pia-Sama, their comic that I find really sexy is where Rarity pegged Spike with a strap-on.

Not into pegging myself as in mostly into maledom stuff, but I can certainly see why it appeals! She depicts Sparity with an interesting power dynamic!
