What to expect from me (story content, upload frequency, and my next fic) · 8:40pm Jul 31st, 2019

I'm very grateful to those who have chosen to 'follow' me after reading my first fic. For your benefit, this blog post is to let you know what to expect out of my of my next story and my account as a whole.

Current Project
Right now I'm working on a Sweetie Bot fic. The premise is her friends and sister have drifted into some unhappy life paths after Sweetie was rendered comatose by a traumatic accident. When the doctors finally transfer Sweetie's consciousness out of her ruined organic body, she's bewildered that a year has passed, frightened by her new form, and fiercely determined to reconnect with her loved ones. Some of said loved ones will be more open to her than others.

It'll be a bit longer than Innocent Until Proven Cozy and dive deeper into that story's theme of 'accepting your damage without succumbing to it.' I'm aware this is a message that can be phony and melodramatic if done badly, So I'll be working very hard to get it right.

Upload Schedule
Writing a chapter, putting it out, writing another, and continuing the process isn't how I do things. My drafts involve constantly going back to revise and move entire passages around so they mesh better with newer entries. What this means for all of you is I'm going to finish the next fic in its entirety before I begin uploading it. (Whether the inevitable upload is serialized or all in one dump, I haven't decided yet. Let me know which you'd prefer). Anyway, if I'm quiet for the next few weeks, know that it's not because I'm dragging my feet; I'm making sure what's coming is a good, unified story.

Thanks again to everyone who's shown investment in what I've put out. I write to please. Your interest lets me know I'm succeeding at that.
