...I'm just kidding. I'm doing my best to get back to writing so that I can finish Consanguinity in fairly short order, but things have been kinda rough. The past year hasn't been super kind to my creativity and mental state, so things are sort of grating to a start again -- much like a rusted chain on an old bicycle. I hope that you'll look forward to more chapters, because we are finally -- FINALLY -- heading towards the climax. Questions will be answered and mysteries resolved, though I don't think anyone has correctly guessed the ending yet. >:3

Late on the train but enjoying the ride. It can be so hard to get back into writing when you have had a long hiatus. I’ve been in the same boat. I haven’t published anything in 5 years, but I’m actually getting words down over the last month. Seeing someone else make a successful resurgence is encouraging.

I absolutely understand this feeling. Finishing an incomplete story recently after over three years felt like a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. Good luck!
