I'm not really all that involved in the Pokemon universe or games so I'm not really likely to write a story on it, but I did come up with a sexy story idea I wanted to share anyway. For followers of my changeling story, you might like this. Who knows, I might try to convert it into something pony related.
A bit of a non-con warning though...
It's a progressive 2019, and Pokemon battles has been outlawed as blatant animal cruelty. However, the world still hungers for a sport to replace it. Thankfully, for half the population, they get their wish. Enter this story's premise revolving around a new Pokeball that has been specially modified to capture women rather than Pokemon. When thrown, these balls convert the target's bodies to energy, storing it inside them and leaving anything not part of their body behind, clothing included. When thrown again, the same woman emerges. Naked, enslaved, and obedient to their owner's command. (Obedience, however, is sometimes dependent on how many gym badges their owner possesses... for some reason) Now, male trainers battle each other by sending these PokeWomen at each other, in 1 on 1 battles, to do sex things. For money, fame, and the opportunity to train their women to be more skilled at sex.
Naturally, a good many women fled after these Pokeballs became more and more popular and started to be used to capture them. Now trainers can usually find these women hiding out in tall grass, just waiting to be caught. By sending their PokeWomen after them and bringing these women to orgasm, they'll become exhausted, and much easier to capture within a pokeball. Trainers earn money by capturing said women, gaining themselves fully property rights to, not just their bodies, but their full bank account and possessions as well. To help the trainers in their tasks, thankfully the Pokedex has been updated to show the scanned woman's stats. Their name, height, weight, age, measurements, type, kinks, sexual desires, offensive and defensive sexual power, and their special offensive and defensive sexual power. (I honestly still don't know what special attack/defense does in these games) For example the sexual attacks from Dom type Pokewomen are extra effective on Sub type Pokemon, however, strap-on based attacks are super effective on them. Mostly it's up to the skilled Pokewomen to find their target's specific weaknesses and exploit them accordingly, such as stacked women's tits are usually the most sensitive, and easily as point of weakness for them when it comes to making them cum.
The story itself can center around Ash Ketcum, a male trainer with nothing more than a lone lvl 18 Misty as his sex slave Pokewoman to start. Ash's dream is to catch them all to build his own personal harem, then use them to battle his way through each gym and their curvaceous, seductive, and busty Pokewomen. Along that way, he sees what new skills he can teach his pets, what items he can use to upgrade them, and of course, what new forms they can evolve into.
In a way, it still seems more humane than making some wild animals fight each other to the death. A make love not war type thing.
Edit: First Chapter would probably revolve around Ash starting out on his adventure in the forest that serves to give some exposition on the new Pokemon world. He spots a tanned skinned teenager hiding deep within the woods, managing to scan her with his Pokedex. She comes up as short, small breasts, but with cute hair. Low stats, small bank account, and little to no sexual experience, akin to normal Pokemon found in any starting zone. She wouldn't be worth very much if she was sold in the market, but Ash doesn't care. To him, he wants to learn everything he can about all the different types of Pokewomen. He sends his Misty in, using Strip as his first attack. The girl and her tattered outfit are taken by surprise as her clothes are torn off. Then he has Misty use bind to stop her from fleeing. Then finger, then lick, then grope.The girl cums easily due to her low stamina and can be captured in her dazed state. Hurray, Misty just help capture herself a new sister Pokewoman!
The characters can get interesting as it explains their background and personality in a way actual Pokemon could never get into, seeing as Pokemon can't do anything but say their own name.
I like it.
It reminds me of a doujin called Idol Trainer.
Interesting idea. Though I think it'd be more fun if rather than making the PokeWoman docile, it just made them obedient. Personality and attitude remain intact, but if the Trainer has enough badges they have to obey.

Attack is for Melee attacks, like most Fighting type moves, Special Attack is for ranged attacks like Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt. Defense is how well you can resist physical attacks and Special Defense for defense against ranged attacks. For example, Blissey has an absurdly high Special Defense stat, meaning only Pokémon Primal Kyogre can punch through it and deal decent damage with a special attack. However, it has a dismal Defense stat, so it's more vulnerable to physical attacks. As for the story, I say go for it.
So, would Pokewomen and Pokemon exist in the same timeline?
Could they be cross-bred?

I think a good man people would certainly be repeatedly trying to see if they can.
I suppose that would be Pokemon's main purpose in this universe now that they aren't battling. Male pokemon need to find a new way to let out all that male aggression and desire to dominate. What interesting hijinks for trainers to discover their wild women got into while living in the forest full of horny Pokemon.

That would differentiate it a lot from the common Pokegirls verse that exists. From the description you posted, PokeWOMEN aren't actually changed physically from regular humans, out least on the outside. They look just like normal humans, yes?
